1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

• The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.
• The item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Digital Products & Downloads: PDF materials, downloadable guides, or online access codes once accessed or downloaded.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
• Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized alterations, or improper handling after delivery.

3. Refund Process & Timelines

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and approval status.

4. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched from your dashboard or by reaching out to support. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled directly, but you may initiate a return upon delivery.
