English: Welcome to SmartShiksha.in. By accessing our website and utilizing our Home Tuition, Smart Class Hardware, or Training services, you agree to be bound by the following legally binding terms. Please read them carefully.
हिन्दी: SmartShiksha.in में आपका स्वागत है। हमारी वेबसाइट का उपयोग करके और हमारी होम ट्यूशन, स्मार्ट क्लास हार्डवेयर या ट्रेनिंग सेवाओं का लाभ उठाकर, आप निम्नलिखित कानूनी शर्तों से सहमत होते हैं। कृपया इन्हें ध्यान से पढ़ें।
1. User Obligations & Security (उपयोगकर्ता सुरक्षा)
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering or booking a service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (OTP, Passwords) on the SmartShiksha portal.
- सर्विस बुक करते समय आपको अपनी सही और पूरी जानकारी देनी होगी।
- SmartShiksha पोर्टल पर अपने अकाउंट के पासवर्ड और OTP को सुरक्षित रखना आपकी जिम्मेदारी है।
2. Service Specific Terms (सेवाओं की शर्तें)
- Home Tuition: We verify our tutors, but SmartShiksha does not guarantee specific academic results or grades. The learning outcome depends entirely on the student's effort.
- Smart Class Hardware: Once equipment is installed and signed off, any physical damage caused by the user is not covered by our firm. Warranties are subject to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) policies.
- Training: Certificates are only issued upon achieving the minimum required attendance and passing the internal assessments.
- होम ट्यूशन: हम अपने ट्यूटर्स की जाँच करते हैं, लेकिन फर्म किसी विशेष परीक्षा परिणाम या ग्रेड की गारंटी नहीं देती है। परिणाम छात्र की मेहनत पर निर्भर करता है।
- हार्डवेयर: उपकरण इंस्टॉल होने के बाद, उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा की गई कोई भी टूट-फूट फर्म द्वारा कवर नहीं की जाएगी। वारंटी नियमों के लिए मूल कंपनी (OEM) जिम्मेदार होगी।
- ट्रेनिंग: प्रमाणपत्र (Certificate) केवल आवश्यक उपस्थिति और टेस्ट पास करने के बाद ही दिए जाएंगे।
3. Limitation of Liability (जिम्मेदारी की सीमा)
SmartShiksha and its employees/technicians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, software, or digital panels.
SmartShiksha और उसके कर्मचारी हमारी सेवाओं, सॉफ्टवेयर या डिजिटल पैनल के उपयोग या उपयोग करने में असमर्थता के परिणामस्वरूप होने वाले किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष या आकस्मिक नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे।
⚖️ Governing Law & Jurisdiction (अधिकार क्षेत्र)
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
ये नियम और शर्तें भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित होंगी। इन शर्तों या हमारी सेवाओं से उत्पन्न होने वाला कोई भी विवाद सहारनपुर, उत्तर प्रदेश के न्यायालयों के विशेष अधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन होगा।
